Meal Prep Orders

All meal‑prep purchases are non‑refundable once the order has been placed.
Because ingredients are purchased and meals are prepared specifically for each client, we cannot offer refunds for:

- Missed pickups
- Changes in personal preference

Personal Training Sessions

Personal training sessions are non‑refundable, but may be rescheduled with proper notice.
